2015年6月15日，北京首都航空有限公司正式开通了石家庄=大阪国际航班，由A319执飞，班期为每周一、四。

首都航空致力于开辟国际旅游航线，计划以北京、西安、杭州为核心，不断开辟连接东亚、东南亚、欧美旅游胜地的国际航线。截至目前，首都航空已开通北京=清州、西安=曼谷、西安=普吉、西安=冲绳、杭州=济州、杭州=冲绳、杭州=静冈、贵阳=曼谷、盐城=静冈、石家庄=静冈、盐城=大阪等共计15条国际航线。这些国际航线的开通解决了进出港两地缺乏国际直航航班的问题，极大方便国内外旅客出行，进一步开发了两地旅游资源，推动国内外地方经济社会发展。未来，首都航空将借力中国出境游市场，开发更多的旅游产品，进一步完善首都航空国内国际航线网络，助力国内外文化交流发展。

On June 15th, 2015, Shijiazhuang =Osaka international air route operated by Beijing Capital Airlines. A319 is put into use for this flight. The flight schedule is 2 flights each week.
